It is specifically designed for clients who want total control over their budget and alcohol purchasing, but still demand a flawless, premium bar service for their guests on the day of the event.
When you book the LITE package, you are getting much more than just a bartender showing up. We collaborate with you weeks in advance to design a bespoke, personalized cocktail menu that perfectly matches the theme of your event and your guests' taste profiles. Once the menu is finalized and approved, our team generates a highly precise, itemized Ingredients Shopping List. This tells you exactly what brands of spirits, which mixers, how much fresh fruit, and what garnishes you need to purchase—eliminating waste and guesswork.
On the day of your event, our elite, fully-uniformed mixologist arrives at least one hour before the first guest walks through the door. They arrive fully equipped with an industry-standard kit of professional bar tools. We handle all the heavy lifting: from the tedious fruit prep and station setup, to the high-speed, unlimited drink preparation. Finally, when the party winds down, our team manages the rigorous cleanup of the bar area.

You only need to purchase the alcohol, mixers, fresh fruits, ice, and supply the glassware. We will provide you with a highly detailed, bespoke shopping list based on the cocktail menu we design together, so you know exactly what brands and quantities to buy.
No, the standard LITE package assumes you have a table, kitchen island, or venue bar for us to work from. However, you can hire a professional Mobile Bar unit from us as an "Extra" starting at £250.
We supply all the professional tools required to mix high-end cocktails rapidly. This includes Boston shakers, mixing glasses, Hawthorne and fine strainers, bar spoons, muddlers, jiggers, pour spouts, and non-slip bar mats.
For larger events (usually over 50 guests), we highly recommend hiring an extra bartender or barback. They assist with rapid drink service, continuous glass collecting, and restocking ice and garnishes to ensure your guests never have to wait.
If you don't want to use your own glasses, you can hire premium glassware from us starting at £0.60 per glass. We supply a full range including elegant coupes, highballs, rocks glasses, and flutes perfectly suited to your custom menu.
The 1 hour setup and complete breakdown time is totally free and falls outside of your billed service hours. If you book 3 hours of service, the bartender is actively pouring drinks for those full 3 hours.
We cover all central and Greater London boroughs without any hidden travel fees—mileage is fully included in the LITE package for these zones. Travel outside of standard London zones can easily be arranged for a small custom quote.
Absolutely. We highly recommend including a selection of premium, bespoke mocktails on your menu so that all your guests, including non-drinkers, have a sophisticated and inclusive drinking experience.
The standard LITE package includes 1 elite cocktail bartender, which is typically perfect for parties of up to 40-50 guests. For larger events, we strongly advise adding an Extra Staff member (£35 per hour) to ensure rapid service and no queuing.
Yes, in accordance with UK licensing laws, our bartenders will strictly adhere to the Challenge 25 policy and will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18, even at private residential events.
