TERMS and CONDITIONS

Please read the following booking terms and conditions carefully. By booking any services (Mobile Bar Catering, Masterclasses, Consulting) or enrolling in our Academy, you agree to comply with these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to request our services.

1. Events & Catering Payments

To secure your requested date for mobile bar packages, virtual events, or masterclasses, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be cleared in full at least 21 days prior to the event date. Bookings made within 21 days of the event require full payment immediately.

2. Cancellations and Postponements

Cancellations or postponement requests must be made in writing via email. The following cancellation structures apply:

• More than 21 days' notice: Deposit is retained; no further balance is due.
• Less than 21 days' notice: Subject to a 100% cancellation fee (no refunds are provided).

3. Licensing, Age Restrictions & Challenge 25

In accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, BAR LAB+ operates a strict Challenge 25 Policy at all events. We do not serve minors under any circumstances. Event hosts must ensure guests are over 18 or carry valid photo identification.

If a minor is found consuming alcohol, we reserve the right to immediately shut down the bar service without refund. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated, aggressive, or unsafe.

4. Venue Access, Utilities & Setup

We require a minimum 1-hour access window before and after the service (extended to 2 hours for PLUS packages) for mobile bar setup and breakdown. The host must provide clear access, clean space, and appropriate power hookups if requested. Any parking permits or access fees are the responsibility of the client.

5. Bar Academy Policies

Course fees for our Bartender Academy must be paid in full to secure classroom slots. Students must attend all scheduled sessions to receive final certifications. Postponements to future course batches require at least 14 days' notice prior to course commencement.

6. Consulting & Audits

All consulting services, menu engineering audits, and speed-of-service studies are custom agreements. Deliverables are provided as specified in your individual contract. Balance payments for consulting contracts must be settled according to project milestone timelines.

7. The Store (Deliveries & Returns)

All cocktail box subscriptions, bar equipment, and physical products purchased from our store are shipped via standard carrier tracking. Unused and unopened non-perishable equipment can be returned within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Perishable cocktail ingredients, purees, and boxes are non-returnable.
